Shorts

Always think about the type of training you will be doing when you are choosing your shorts. You can’t have just any shorts for training. You need to be sure that you have proper MMA shorts, Muay Thai shorts, or K1 kickboxing shorts. These are helpful for training, as well as actual competitions. It’s a good idea to have several pair, so you don’t have to keep washing just a single pair of shorts.

Footwear

One of the things that many people forget when they are training is footwear. Depending on the type of training you will be doing, you might need to have a few different types of footwear. Even though a lot of MMA might be barefoot, that doesn’t mean that you are always going to be running around the gym without shoes!
